Recordly offers two plans:
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5 per month or annually at $45 per year.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in monthly plans.
If you purchased an annual plan, you may request a refund. The refund is reduced according to the time already used.
The refund will be calculated as:
Refund = $45 - (months used / 12 * $45)
Example: if you used 3 months, the used value is 3 / 12 * $45 = $11.25, so the refund is $33.75.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or excessive usage inconsistent with normal product use.
