Recordly is designed to work locally on your computer. We do not collect, store, or process your recordings or any of their content.

What We Collect

We only collect minimal data required to operate the service:

• Your subscription plan (Free or Pro)
• Number of recordings used per month
• Basic billing information (handled by payment provider)

What We Do NOT Collect

• No video recordings
• No audio recordings
• No screen content
• No user-generated files

Local Processing

All recordings and edits are processed entirely on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

Data Security

Because your content stays on your device, you are responsible for backups and storage. We cannot recover lost recordings.

Your Rights

You can stop using Recordly at any time. No personal data remains on our systems beyond billing metadata.
